The Wildcat Events Board (WEB) is the University of Arizona's student-led programming board dedicated to fostering student engagement, building community, and creating a welcoming campus where every student feels valued, supported, and connected. Through social, educational, cultural, and entertainment programs, WEB designs meaningful opportunities for students to connect, celebrate the Wildcat experience, and build lasting memories. Committed to an inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds and identities, WEB strengthens school spirit, fosters belonging, and inspires pride in being a Wildcat.
Types of Events
The Wildcat Events Board plans and executes a variety of campus-wide events including concerts, special activities, and programs celebrating the arts, different cultures, and entertainment. WEB also consists of a team responsible for designing marketing materials to promote these large and small-scale events.

Large-scale interactive events that maintain an inviting culture for the student body to enjoy.
Arts, Culture, & Entertainment
Cultural, sustainable, and educational programs that cater to different audiences including workshops, performances, and speakers for the student body to enjoy and experience. ACE is known for its collaboration with the University departments and student organizations that serve various populations of students. They also create immersive experiences for student to connect with special guests and events in the greater Tucson community.
Concerts
Productions by various types of artists and musicians that range in genres of music and culture. Popular events include Battle of the DJs/Bands and Bear Down Music Festival.
Wildcat Events Board
The Wildcat Events Board consists of a 5 member executive board and twenty-five ambassadors. These two groups work collaboratively to design, plan, and execute events that contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive campus community where students build meaningful relationships, engage with diverse perspectives, and connect with the university and the greater Tucson community.
