Image	Equipment Checkout Need equipment for your next event? Recognized clubs & organizations can request tents, tables, chairs, and wagons. Equipment is available free of charge and is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Submit an Equipment Request
Image	Room & Course Scheduling To reserve a room in any of the academic buildings on campus, you must first submit a Room Reservation Application online. Only the President or Treasurer may do so, and all requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Reserve a Room

Image	Student Union Event Planning & Rooms To reserve a room in the Student Union Memorial Center, the president or treasurer must complete the Room Reservation Form. Reserve a Union room
